- Our first level of support is through our support center. If you have problems with downloads, installation or bugs for a commercial template, you can submit a ticket and one of our support team will help you. Our response time is usually within 24 hours.
Please note that issues with third party extensions are usually not template bug related. Help with these issues may be found in the Community Forum
- We maintain an active community and customization forum with over 10,000 members. This is where you can find help with questions about their Joomla sites and customizing a template to your needs, or getting a 3rd party extension to work properly with it. We also have a number of active and helpful moderators. You can find all of our staff there helping out as well, and most of the top posters are JoomVision employees.
- Lastly, we offer one-on-one support at $40 per hour. Our expert team can solve all manner of Joomla problems.
